Email - Auto Guess Address

There is a feature in Outlook that when you start typing an address it tries
to prompt for the one you want based on Email address you have sent Emails
to previously. I am not meaning when you try to resolve an recipient using
the 'red tick' button. This auto guess must be from a store of previous
emails because the old Email address I am being prompted to has been updated
in my address book (contacts).

How do I 'reset' my Outlook to stop prompting to out of date Email
addresses?

Assuming you are referring to autocompletion and that you are using Outlook
2002 or 2003, you can remove individual addresses from the autocompletion
cache by highlighting the entry when presented in the suggested names list
(use your arrow key to migrate to the entry) and then hitting your Delete
key before you tab out of the field. To clear the entire cache, follow the
instructions here:
