Email Automation: Lotus Notes

Hi there,
does anyone know of a web page that has examples of email automation using Access 2000 and Lotus Notes 5, e.g. I have a list of email address and each mail address has an associated file that is create every month and I'd like to automate the sending of this file to each recipient at the touch of a button.
