Email blocking

I receive .exe files via email and almost every time outlook blocks them as potentional unsafe files. How can I change this setting in outlook to allow attachments to come to my computer.

Better learn the sender to sent his/her files in zip-folders next time; it's
a lot more secure.

This really depend on the version of Outlook you are using. If Outlook 2000 SP2 nothing can bwe done. If version of Outlook 2002 or greater lookup at Microsoft in the Knowledge base Level 1 attachments.
