Email Campaign doesn't recognize Do Not Email check box

I'm running BCM with Outlook 2007 and have used the filter "Do Not Email" "is
not selected". Some of my contacts have that field selected and some don't,
but the filter can't recognize this. Seems like a glitch in the programme?
Version 3.00.8619.01
