email can not be read

I can not get my incomeing emails, have run a test it comes up with all
complites, shut the computer off and still nothing, three times after
rebooting, I get one junk mail and that's it have sent from a aol account
only to have it returned,anyone have a clue what happened

No clue without further details as to the version of Outlook you use, the
type of email account you have, send/receive error messages and/or numbers.
Without those details at the very least, anyone who could help would have to
guess.
