Email client for Word mail merge

I an attempting an email merge to members of a club where fields are
used in the body of the message.

I have setup Word with the mail merge wizard and I see a merge
progress bar at the foot of the screen but get a message that I do not
have an email client and suggesting that I make Outlook my default
email client.

I am a long term Eudora user and do not wish to run two email clients.

Is it possible to mail merge from Word to Eudora?

Robin,

You will need to change your default email program. The way I did it was
as follows:

1) Launch Internet Explorer
2) Tools, Internet Options, Programs,
3) From Email line select (or browse your favorite program e.g. eudora)
4) click ok

DON'T CLOSE INTERNET EXPLORER UNLESS YOU ARE LOGGED IN AS ADMINISTRATOR OR
USER WITH ADMINISTRATOR PRIVILEGES!

Now do your mail merge in word.
