Our laptop users often compose emails offline which are stored in the
Outbox. Later these users will connect to the network and use Outlook online
and the message is no longer in the Outbox. However it has not been sent yet
through a send and receive, and does not appear in sent items. We currently
use Exchange 2003.
This is not a major issue but some users are mistakenly assuming the
message has been sent since it is no longer in their Outbox.
