email compressed files via outlook, no send button to click on?

using windows i select a 30mb file to email, micosoft window pops up that
will compress file to 800kb. select yes, then you get an email screen with
the compressed file attached. I addressed the email ok, but there is NO SEND
button to click on? How do you send the email on to the receipient? NO
tutorials to help, and no answers when I went to Microsoft outlook help! The
email page refers to ms outlook. Someone should have the answer?

Do you have a mail account installed and configured? Do you have Outlook
open?
