Email & Contacts

Can anyone please show me how to take all of my emails & contacts from an old
computer & put them into my new computer?
I believe this would be export & import... but I am not sure.

Joni,

What are you using Windows Live Mail, Outlook Express? Also, you have
posted to the Microsoft Access newsgroup which is obviously not where you
meant to post. So once you post what you are using I will get you a link to
the appropriate forum.
