email content blank

Whenever I get an email from one of my clients it's blank
for some reason. Could someone answer me why?
My setting is set to convert all emails to plain text.

Software: Microsoft Professional Edition 2003 Outlook
PC: Sony Vaio
OS: Windows XP Business
