All my rich text and HTML email I receive automatically converts to plain
text. I have checked the boxes I can find that seem to say I want to see it
as HTML but that does not help. Any suggestions? It did not use to do this
and the only thing I can think of was a hard disk failure/replacement a
couple of months ago, which required the reinstallation of Office.
