Email delay Problem

Hello All!
our office suffered a little bit form some email delivery delay
problem. A lot of users's emails got delayed one day to deliver and
they will receive an error message from OUTLOOK:

Is there any problem with our exchange server settings? We are using
wireless for our network connections and we have no problem with
internet access. But is it another cause? Anyway, please tell me why
this happens and how we could avoid it? Thank you so much! Because
sometimes we need to deliver some important docs to our clients, we
could not afford this kind of delay... ...
