email disappears when forwarding

Outlook Professional Version 2003 (11.8010.8036) SP2

One of our clients is complaining that the email disappears everytime he
tries to forward a message that was received from us. He says that when he
tries to forward the message all the text in the body gets deleted. I looked
for information on Internet but couldn't find anything. Did anybody have a
similar issue with Outlook?

Deleted where? In the compose window? In the message as received by the
one to whom it was forwarded? Does it look OK in the Sent Items folder (if
he uses it)? What mail editor? Does he scan his outgoing mail with an
antivirus program?
