I get the same Email 2 & 3X. How do I fix this problem in Outlook 2003?
I have different folders that my Emails go into and I think that is where
the problem is, but I cannot find how to find something like the wizzard that
used to let me decide how to put messages in different folders. Most likely
I have 2 different sets of commands, but with this new Outlook 2003 I don't
know where to look. Does anyone know?
Thank you!

There is a bug in Outlook 2003 for which MS has developed a hotfix. Seach
the KB for the problem and it will have instructions on how to get the fix.

Thank you for your help. Sorry to sound so ignorant, but what is KB and
where do you search. I will try to look around, but I never had a question
for this board before.
Thanks again.

Sorry, I found KB = Knowledge Base. I also found hotfixes.
I am so used to fixing my own problems, the first time I went to a
Discussion Group.
The Group is really great and I am reading a lot of the posts. A lot of
very helpful hints there.
Again, thanks for your help,

It sounds like you have rules to move items into folders. Make sure that
any rule that does so includes the "stop processing more rules" action, or
other rules might well file the message in other folders. Also, make sure
you're *moving* rather than *copying* the message into those folders.
