Email downloading problem

I can't download my emails in Outlook for the last few
days. It is very frustrating... I have the right setting
and Internet connection. I have done my virus check
up... Now, I don't know what to do. Any suggestions?

Should I re-install Office or Window? I hate to do that
because I have to re-install all the programs and re-save
all the files. Any excellent idea from the group will be
appreciated.

What happens when you try? What kind of account are you using? What
version of Outlook? This isn't alt.psychic.guess.my.problem
