email feedback info

I would like to get a few lines of information back from a wesite via
email. All of the examples I have found so far have been pretty
complicated. The ultimate objective is a simple reservation scheme in
a hobby application.

The searches I have tried overwhelm me with more than I can wade
through! I am hoping for a simple example...

I am using FP 2003, Win XPPro

Thanks, I was afraid of that.
I guess I better dig in and learn the details.

My model airplane club does an annual swap meet in January, the table
reservations start coming in about October via the telephone. It would
be a nice option the get the reservations via email.
