email filter for: words exist in [ From] instead of [sender addres

Outlook 2003, the junk email protection level set to high .
Some junk emails send from a valid domain which i'm not able to filter by
domain name or sender's address .Is there anyway that i can filter for
specific words exist in [From] rather than sender's address ?

Not exactly but what if you filter for those words in the Internet Header?
