Email folders not appearing

Processor: Intel
Email Client: imap

I've created a email profile in Entourage and have successfully connected with my .Mac IMAP account.

I can see the messages in my Inbox but only one of about 15 email folders I've created with my .Mac account is appearing in Entourage.

I read somewhere that I should click on View>Receive all folders in Entourage but that item doesn't exist in my View menu.

Can I somehow "force" Entourage to synch my email structure from .Mac or is there something else I should do?

Thanks.

Click on the server name in your folder list, which should show you a
comprehensive list of folders on the right. Any that are in 'gray' are
available but you need to subscribe to them for them to show up in the
folder list. Control click them and choose "Subscribe."

Adam, thanks very much, your solution worked.

Could you help with another question about importing entries created in Outlook into Entourage?

Sorry, that should have read "calendar" entries created in Outlook into Entourage?
