Email Form to be sent to an email address from a selection list

I am wanting to have a contact email form on my website where the visitor can
choose from a list of recipients who they want to send it too without
revealing the actaul email adresses. Can anyone help me with this.

Best thing to do with all email is to use a server side
script to read the form and generate the email. This script
will vary dependant on server OS and version
