Email Form

Hello-
I just starting looking at Infopath. I have a question. All I want to do is
have a form, that people can fill out, have them beable to click "Send" and
have the form email to a preset email address...

The second step that I would like is for the to be sent to that above email,
but in only a plain text email, without the form.

Is this even possible?
