On certain emails, like when I cut and paste info or forward an email,
Outlook freaks out and acts like it is sending the email hundreds if not over
2000 times within a period of about 30 seconds. It starts out fine, but then
about half way thru, it will start freaking and almost start over and go just
a little more than previously and then repeat continuously until I hit
ctrl+alt+del and start task manager to end the program.
