Email from Outside Domain print small like shrink to fit

I have Exchange Server 2003 Standard with SP2 on a Windows 2003 Standard
server. For some reason we now have a problem with email printing very small
almost like shrink to fit. it seems to only occure on email from outside the
office, nothing internal. Its driving us crazy and just started happening a
week or two ago. I have confirmed it is not the printers. Please help!!!!!!!

Our company is also experiencing the same issue.
If you forward the email as HTML it prints out in small text, if you forward
it - but change to Rich text it then prints out in normal size. It is going
to be a setting somewhere on IE 7 I think, but I haven't found it yet!

Let me know if you find anythign. I think I may also try to delete the
normal.dat file to see if that makes a change. What a seriously weird and
annoying issue!!.

I just highligted the text, hit format text, hit zoom, and then 100% and it
seems to have fixed it.
