Hi there,
we notice that a number of emails we recieve in our environment that were
sent from Yahoo cause our Outlook 2000 clients to freeze up if we reply or
forward to those emails i.e. take up 100 percent of processor time for an
indefinite period. Our clients are set up to use Word as the email editor
and HTML. Windows 2000 platform. This does not happen from all Yahoo
received emails but quite a number for it to be a problem. It does not
happen from Hotmail or other web based emails we recieve.
Also, just as an aside, the way Yahoo emails handle replies is extremely
irratating. It will put your reply down below within the message rather than
at the top as you would expect it to do.
Hoping someone can help.
thanks
Paddy.
