We have a user whose email's to recipients outside of
our network, are received as attachments instead of a
normal email. We are on Windows 2000, Office 2000. Please
advise if there's a setting we might be missing to resolve
this. All of our users are set to Rich Text not plain
text or html format but she's the only one experiencing
this problem. Thanks, K
