How do I set up email contacts in a particular group?
For an example, I have a lot of recipes and instead of
clicking on the same people each time, is there a way I
can make a group, insert the names and in the To: box
type in recipes and click send?

Yes - in your Contacts folder, you can create a distribution list/group and
either add existing contacts to it or type in addresses.
