I saw earlier that if you delete and email from your inbox that had an
attachment and was also linked to a contact or account in BCM, the attacment
would be lost from the email when viewing it in the History of that contact
or account.
I tested this and I don't seem to have that problem. I have BCP 2007 SP1. I
got an email that was automatically linked to an account. I deleted the email
from my inbox and went to look in the history of that account and there it
was, attachment an all.
The question is, if I empty the email from my deleted items, will it still
be linked to the account with its attachment?
