Email hyperlink does not open explorer

Hi,
When I click on a hyperlink inside an email (Outlook 2000) the system
does not open Internet explorer (IE 6). Nothing at all happens.
Any ideas ?

Try this: In IE, click Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Reset Web Settings
