Email in Excel

I would like to set an Excel spreadsheet to Email me when
a field reaches a certain parameter. I use Excel for
recording stop dates for when specific training
qualifications run out and I would like to programme to
automatically email me with 28 days to go. CAn anyone
please advise me how to do it?

Ron,

Most days, but not every day. Basically I have started a
small aircraft charter business. I use Excel to record my
pilot currency information. If one of the requirements is
about to go out of date the cell turns yellow, then red
when it is out of date. However if I am flying this could
be missed. So I would like to arrange the programme to
Email a reminder to the individual pilot and to myself as
I pick up my Emails when I am away from the office flying
around Europe.
