Email in Hebrew is not appearing in Hebrew

I sometimes receive email in Hebrew. Earlier versions of Outlook supported
this, but the Outlook 2002 I use now does not seem to. I have included
Hebrew in regional and Internet options, but that does not help. How can I
get Hebrew texts to appear in Hebrew?
