Email is missing and has new welcome message??

I can no longer see my email and there is a welcome to
Outlook 2003 message in my inbox. Where is the pst/ost
file stored so that I can import my old email?

You're better off doing a search for it.

Start > Find Files or Folders: Type in: '*.pst' minus the quote thingies.
When it finds your file, makes sure you're viewing it in 'detail' view.
There you will find out where your pst file is located.

And to add to what Jay said, when you find it, OPEN it, do not import.
