I can send and receive messages from the office with no issues at all but

if so how do you fix it. Any help will be great

Probably caused by the fact that you are no longer accing the outgoing mail
server from the same network. Most ISPs require that you use their SMTP
server to send. You're trying to send a message that looks like it comes
from domain A while connected to domain B.

If I were in your shoes, I'd create a second account that looks exactly like
the first but with a couple of differences: on the main "E-mail Accounts"
dialoge page, specify the outgoing server of your home ISP. Click More
Settings and on the Outgoing Server tab of the account properties, specify
the "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication", select the "Log on
using" radio button, and specify the username and password of your _home_
ISP. On the Advanced tab, specify the port and encryption settings that
server requires. You can switch default accounts when you go home so that
Outlook will choose the correct one or you can simply choose the extra
account with the Accounts button when sending from home.

You should also modify the "All Accounts" send/receive group so that the
extra account isn't included when performing a send/receive (so that you
don't hit your incoming server twice in the same send/receive cycle) and
make a new send/receive group that excludes your work account and includes
your new account so that you can control which account performs the
send/receive depending on your location.
