Email labeled as spam

a lot of my email comes in with a spam label in the
subject line. Most of it is not spam. How do I turn
this feature off?

it's done either on the server or by an addin in outlook. Check with your
isp or administrator..

Many ISP's run a server based Spam osftware called Spam Assassin.
