Outlook 2010 SPAM Message

Just this week almost every email that I receive is labeled as "SPAM". When I say it is labeled, I mean that the word SPAM precedes the first word in the subject line. I suspect that there was an update this week because it just started this week. Has anyone else experienced this problem? I'd love to know how to fix it.
