Hi!

I work for a small company. I need to be able to send out a letter to about
400 clients with an upgrade notice. Is there an easy way for me to do this
thru Office XP 2003?

Maybe I needed to give more details. I need to send the same update notice
to 400 lients. Individually addressed thru email, so nobody else can seen
other client names. Do I need to set up all clinets in address book in
Outlook or is there an easier way?

You can use BCCs but some people will have spam blockers that prevent that.

You don't *have* to have their addresses in Outlook. I've sent out emails to
over 700 people but I get many bounced back because I use BCCs.

If the clients' contact information is in your Outlook Contacts folder, use
a mail merge to personalize the mailing.

Easy to do using Mail Merge in Word. Just open your Contacts folder in
Outlook and go to Tools/Mail Merge.
