I thought it was fixed, but apparently the email linking worked once and
that was it.
I still get a completely greyish emai linking pop-up window with no
tic-boxes or folders, closing and restarting outlook I again got it up
correctl with yellow folders and the possibility to select the folders.
But this time, no link is placed in the history on the same account.
Still puzzled how BCM know how to link the email to the account....Am I
missing something here?
(The only way I can see is that it takes the address after the @..... and
"find it" in the account....Although it is not clear to me if you link the
email to the account or the person...)
Has anyone successfully created links from sent emails into an account that
has been created?
Is this a feature the requrires restarting or open/close Outlook/BCM after a
new account has been added befor you can link?
I managed to make it work ONCE after rebooting the PC, but it can not be
that stupid......?
THanks
