Email Links Not Working

I've got this fixed now with help from Kelly in the
Windows XP Newsgroup.

The successful action was:

Go to Start/Run and type in: regsvr32 urlmon.dll

Then go to:
IE/Tools/Internet Options/Programs/Reset Web Settings.

This worked GREAT.
