Email macro based on Query

Hi,

I need help creating a macro based on a Query.

I have a large database for a software library, which
include records of check-in and check-out dates; along
with the name of the recepient ("checker-outer") (whose
name also appears in the active directory - outlook
exchange) and.

I want to create a macro that will run a Query
(the query compares the checkout date with today's date,
and generates a list which includes the record if the
difference is more than 7 days).
(i.e. if someone has checked out a software for =>7 days
then bring up entry).

Then, generate individual emails to the recepients who
have overdue software (reminding them to return the
software). The email should be able to pullup the
recepients email address from the outlook directory and
include field codes with the name of the item they checked
out from the database and similar information.

This macro should be triggered by user (librarian) who
runs the query, and endups with the composed emails, and
then the user would have to manually click send. (i.e.
allowing them a chance to review the emails first before
they are sent).

Now is that too much to ask for? I would appreciate
anyone's detailed help as soon as possible.

Thank you,
Katayon
