Once i have a meeting scheduled on the outlook calendar I would like to
be able to send out an email to the person scheduled to confirm a
meeting. In each case, the person scheduled is also a member of the
contact. I cannot use the features built into MS Outlook because most
of the receipents do not use this feature on Outlook. Any ideas, or is
this not doeable.
