Email Merge Cell Formatting

Hi,

So I created a database and I made one column's cells memo so that I can add
large quantities of text. All was going well until I did a mail merge. I text
in the comment field appeared on the merged document off center and looked
very unprofessional. I wanted the comments to appear left justified and
evenly spaced. Is there any way that I can fix this? This would have not been
a problem if I wanted to mail these letters, but I want to email them b/c i'm
working with a nice sized database.

Any suggestions?

I assume that you're doing a merge with Word. Why don't you build a Word
template and merge with that? A Word template can have any formatting you
want, and it is not dependent upon the data coming from Access.

I do not really know what u mean with email merge.
I have a database where I also use a memo field (lots of text) and other
data fields (adress, name, date, ...).
With a button, I put all the fields together as text in an email wich looks
fine.
I sent my email with a command line tool.

If u think that I can help u I will send u the code as I did.

let me know.
