Email merge - not sending to all recipients

    Hi,

    We are using Word 2007 and Outlook 2007 -

    I have a user who would like to do an email mail merge with 400+ recipients.
    The email addresses are stored in an Excel file. When he tried, only a few
    messages went out. He did receive an "undeliverable" for one of the messages.
    The merge looked like it went out okay - Word did not deliver any errors -
    but, when we checked his Sent folder in Outlook, only about 5 messages
    actually went out.

    Has this happend to anyone else, and do you know a solution? I haven't found
    anything similar within the posts. Thanks for any tips - please let me know
    if you need any additional information.

    Hi, i'm having the same issue.
    It started when I set up a new Mailbox in my Outlook, my colleague who also set up the same Mailbox is having the issue too.
