Email Merge with Attachments

I have a form that is customized and sent out to about 1,000 families. This
form is merged in word so that it is pre-populated with about 20 fields for
each family from an Excel file. When I email these, I send it as an
attachment so that when they print the form and bring it with them, it is in
a standard format. My problem is, when I do the email merge with attachment,
how can I compose a note for the body of the email message? All they receive
right now now is an email with an attachment. I would like to have a little
explanation ini the body of the email.

The Mail Merge tool has a space for the Email Subject Line, but can one be
made for the BODY?
