Email message body not displayed in Outlook 2007

I am running Outlook 2007 through a Microsoft Exchange Server.

I have received several emails since upgrading from 2002, however 2 of
these emails are not displayed the message body. They do not contain
any graphical content as far as I can ascertain.

A colleague received a copy of one of the emails - he is using Outlook
2007 also and had no problems opening the email.

The only difference between the two received, and all others, is that
I am using rules to process my messages and these 2 emails were moved
straight to a subfolder in my archive folders.

I don't know if this is the reason behind the content isn't showing -
I am going to ask some colleagues now to send some test emails that I
know will go directly to my archive folders, to see if the problem
happens again. But if anyone could shed some light in the meantime I
would be grateful!

Ok I have since done some further digging and found that it seems to
only happen when emails are set up to go directly to my archive
folders.

I have since set up a NEW archive folder as the one I had been
previously using was rather large. I have deleted and set up my rules
again directing them to the new archive folder to test and see if I
can view the message content.

This time I am getting an error message when running the rules - it
says it cannot move it to the specified folder. I don't see what the
problems is as the rules were set up exactly as they were before, only
to go to a different archive folder.

I also have rules running to move emails with my mailbox to sub
folders within my inbox - these are running with no problems.

help!
