Email message not sending

I am having a problem with Outlook 2007. Just yesterday, I began not being
able to send any email messages. I am still receiving all of my emails, but
I can not send anything. The message just sits in my Outbox. I can then go
into my outbox to delete, but that's all I can do. I haven't changed any of
my settings. Does anyone have any suggestions or help??

Does the Errors tab of the Send/Receive Progress dialogue say anything?
