I had a user call me this morning.
During the process of dragging and dropping email messages from the inbox to
the archive folder, the formatting of the email changed in the reading pane.
Now it thinks it is a contact instead of an email.
Any emails received after this point are not affected.
All others that were in the inbox at the time now think they are contacts.
The contact information border is around the email in the reading pane.
Has anyone ever heard of this?
Is there any way to set it back to the normal formatting that it had
previously?
