We want to send the same email to different people at different times. Is their a way to save the email message and easily insert it into a new email so that it is not an attachment?

Thanks!

Save a copy in the Drafts folder or when you have the text saved if a file;
Create a new message-> Insert-> Attachment-> select the file and choose the
option to insert as text by pressing the little down arrow on the Insert
button.

I don't have the option "attachment" when I go to the insert menu. I only get the option of choosing a file.

I'm on Word 2002 and XP.
