email messagewith attachment not being sent

When I attempt to send an email message with an attachment (windows media
player in this case) the message displayed on the unsent email is "this
message has not been sent". Why is the email being blocked and how can I
undo the block? thank you...craig

You're trying to send Windows Media Player? Craig, dear, that's a mighty big
attachment! I'd be willing to bet your ISP blocks files over a certain size.
Send a link instead of the file.
