Here is the situation. Our firm uses MS Exchange for interoffice email
and pop3 email to send to outside email addresses. Most people in the
firm are using MS Outlook 2000. When this program sends outside
emails, it shows the full name as specified in the email account setup
(Tools-Services-Internet Email).
When I send an email (Using the "new and improved" Outlook 2003), it
shows my name to outside address as my MS Exchange user name which
happens to be my first name only. fyi: I specified my name in the
internet email settings as my full name which seems the logical place
that it would pull from.
Does anyone know how to change this?
