Email not deleting on Blackberry when they are deleted in Outlook

Can someone tell me why when I delete email in Outlook 2007 they are not
deleting on my Blackberry Worldphone? I am not using BES but using
redirector. I am receiving emails just fine via wireless.

That's entirely an issue with whatever software you use to sync the
Blackberry. Outlook doesn't take part in that. It just holds the data.
