I upgraded to Windows 7 last week and now I don't get the little new mail

A clean installation, or upgrade?

.
Outlook 2010. Why? It shouldn't matter. Outllook 2010 beta was working just fine with Vista & Microsoft said it should be working with 7

Thank you... you are a true MVP that is actually paying attention. I never
thought to look on the actual large icon in the task bar area. I tested it
and when you get a new email it does put a small envelope over the large
outlook icon. I do prefer this way instead of in the notification area. Now I
can remove the icon all together there. Once again, thanks.

It's definitely better than another icon in the tray area.
