email notification

I have a user who started a project, but has since been
removed from the project management. He is still a
resource in the project, but continues to receive email
notifications that other users have updated their tasks.
He would like to not receive these emails, but I can't
determine where to make the adjustment. Should it be in a
specific project, or the user settings?

Any information would be great,

Jeff,

Whoever took over his role as the project manager for this project
needs to republish all assignments, and select the option in the
dialog box to become the manager for these tasks. That should fix it.
